Fatih started his professional career at Havelsan (Aircraft Electronics Company) at the 8th Main Maintenance Base F-16 Fighter Jet Avionics/Simulator. After nine years of military simulator experience, he worked as a licensed technical maintenance personnel (C/S) for various airlines, including as an auditor for the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority. With 21 years of experience, including thirteen years in airlines and eight years in simulators, he became the founding partner of JVA Technics, serving as technical consultant and Part-145 manager. He has been in our team as a strategic partner and consultant since early 2022.
